Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers run the shift. You’re on the floor, the line, and the expo window making sure every plate looks right, every guest feels welcome, and every team member knows the game plan. If you love motivating people and take pride in a great plate and a smooth shift, you’ll fit right in.What you’ll own on your shifts:Run line checks, prep, and par levels, and expedite the pass to coach the team on plating, temperature, and ticket timesWork the floor at peak, resolve guest complaints, and pass along complimentsComplete the FOH log, assign stations, schedule breaks, and lead pre-shift meetingsLead and coach the team with daily feedback, and keep management informed on performance and staffingKeep the workplace safe, clean, and harassment-free, and report incidents to the GMComplete FOH and BOH checks every shiftControl labor, food cost, and waste, and follow cash handling and banking procedures
