This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation processDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsSupport depositions, including preparation of materials and summariesConduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefsAssist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trialCommunicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervisionMaintain organized case files and track deadlines
