You’ll work alongside a Lead Catering Event Chef to prep and execute beautiful menus on-site, ensuring every dish reflects the quality and care B&B is known for.How You’ll Help Bring Events to LifeIn this role, here is what you will do: Prepare and cook food per detailed menu sheets (BEOs), following B&B standardsAssist the Lead Catering Event Chef in event setup and execution, including buffet layout and prep stationsPack and transport equipment and ingredients using a catering vanClean, sanitize, and organize kitchen and event spaces before, during, and after serviceAsk clarifying questions ahead of events to ensure alignment with the custom menu and logisticsAssist with event breakdown, including unloading equipment and repacking gearMonitor equipment conditions and report needed repairs or replacementsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practicesRepresent B&B’s brand of caring hospitality at every event
