Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first 60 days of hire.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Elko New Market, Minnesota office.
