This role is essential in maintaining efficient daily operations and ensuring top-tier service quality.Key Responsibilities:Supervise employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations.Manage production and efficiency through route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions.Lead, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels.Identify training needs and implement development plans.Collaborate with branch managers and field managers to establish performance standards.Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and setting an example for staff.Ensure warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment are clean and organized.Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.
