General ProductionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various equipment, assisting in manufacturing tasks, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:- Operate grinding machines to shape and finish parts according to specifications- Use wire brushes to clean and prepare parts for further processing- Move materials and supplies efficiently within the production area- Assist in the manufacturing of parts, supporting the production team as needed- Clean parts to maintain quality standards and prepare them for assembly or finishing- Perform non-production painting tasks to meet project requirements- Support maintenance activities by assisting with routine tasks and repairs- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goalsSkills and Qualifications:- Prior experience with grinding and wire brushing equipment is preferred- Ability to operate basic manufacturing tools and machinery safely- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality- Good physical stamina and ability to move materials and supplies- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks as neededWe foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, offering opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
