About the RoleThe Head Bartender is the working leader and standard-bearer of the bar program. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who understands that excellence is built daily—through preparation, discipline, coaching, and presence.You are responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the bar: opening and closing standards, mise en place, execution quality, inventory and cost control, and team capability. You set the tone behind the bars, host with confidence, and coach in real time so every drink, every transition, and every member interaction reflects the expectations of Cordillera Ranch.This role requires judgment, maturity, and pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching.
