These are physically demanding positions in a fast-paced industrial environment. The work is performed outdoors in the Permian Basin desert and requires individuals who are comfortable working long hours in heat, dust, wind, and changing weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and production.We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in reliability, accountability, and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Operating loaders, skid steers, offroad forklifts, and other heavy equipment used in sand processing operationsFeeding the dry plant and maintaining material flow through dryers, screens, and conveyorsMonitoring plant conditions and supporting production operationsAssisting maintenance personnel with inspections and minor repairsPerforming housekeeping and maintaining safe working conditions throughout the plantWorking in elevated temperatures, dusty conditions, and physically demanding environmentsSafely operate heavy equipment within site and manufacturer guidelinesConduct daily equipment inspections and safety checksReport mechanical issues and safety concerns promptlyFollow all MSHA regulations and company safety policiesComplete required shift reports and operational paperworkMaintain clean and organized work areasSupport plant housekeeping and operational reliability efforts
