The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable dining experience. This role manages guest seating, reservations, and waitlists while supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, upscale casual environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently to optimize seating flow. Escort guests to tables and provide menus, ensuring a seamless start to their dining experience. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservation management. Communicate with servers, bussers, and management to coordinate smooth service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area. Assist with special requests, events, or seating accommodations as needed. Uphold the restaurant’s standards for guest service, presentation, and professionalism. Performs other related duties.
