Van Der Hout LLP is currently accepting applications for law clerk positions on a rolling basis. These are paid positions, and we hire year-round. Positions will remain open until filled. Specific start and end dates are flexible and can be arranged to accommodate academic schedules. This is a great opportunity for law students seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.About the Role:This is a hands-on, research and writing-focused position designed to provide practical legal experience. Law clerks will work closely with attorneys on active cases, assisting with tasks such as:Performing legal research and preparing research memoranda on complex areas of immigration and federal law; Preparing legal briefs for filing with the Immigration Court and other immigration agencies; and Supporting attorneys with various case-related projects as needed.
