Actual shifts will be scheduled based on shop needs.What You’ll DoDeliver quality haircuts, styling, and other services within your license and skill set.Start every service with a thoughtful consultation and finish with a guest who feels confident.Recommend products and share styling tips that help guests recreate their look at home.Build lasting client relationships and encourage return visits.Keep your station, tools, and shared spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.Follow sanitation requirements and shop service standards.Support your teammates and help keep the shop running smoothly.Bring reliability, professionalism, and your own personality to every shift.What You BringAn active Florida cosmetology or barber license appropriate for the services you perform.2+ years of experience behind the chair preferred.Confidence working with different hair types, textures, lengths, and styles.Strong consultation and communication skills.A team-first attitude and willingness to learn, share, and grow.Dependability and the availability outlined above.Pride in your work and a genuine interest in creating a great guest experience.Your Style Belongs HereWe love individuality—and we know a strong shop is built by people who support each other.
