Position Overview We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience managing cases from filing through trial. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing) Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and depositions Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff Maintain organized case files and track deadlines Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials Support attorneys during trial as needed
