We are currently looking for reliable, safety-focused, and experienced Millwright Mechanics to join our team. This position involves various mechanic and maintenance duties at the sand mine and plant. Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on specialized mining machinery, including conveyors, feeders, pumps and gearboxes.Inspect malfunctioning equipment, analyze vibrations or unusual noises, and read complex schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals to resolve issues.Conduct pre and post shift inspections of all equipment and machinery.Complete hazard assessments and follow MSHA and OSHA regulations.Use of precision tools to align rotating equipment, shafts, motors and couplings to prevent excessive wear and downtime.Perform cutting, grinding, and various welding tasks to repair chutes, liners, components and parts.Use of hoists, cranes, winches and rigging gear to safely move, lift and position heavy machinery components.This position works on a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts.7 days on and 7 days off rotating between night and days.What we offer:Competitive hourly wageService TruckPaid every WednesdayMedical, dental, vision and life insuranceOpportunity for advancement with a growing company!
