Our concierge primary care model is built around one guiding philosophy: put the patient first, always.We are known for being the team that finds solutions, removes barriers, and “makes yes happen.” Our goal is to deliver exceptional clinical care paired with a superior, hospitality-driven member experience.As we expand into Bluffton, South Carolina, we are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who shares this commitment to high-touch, patient-focused care.Position Summary:This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to step away from high-volume, transactional healthcare and practice in a setting that values connection, time, proactive wellness, and individualized attention.
