Group Supervisor / Older Toddler Teacher A Child's Place Early Learning Center 1010 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422 Full-Time | 40 hours/week Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Year-RoundPosition OverviewA Child’s Place Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Older Toddler Teacher to join our collaborative Toddler Team. This position works with children ages 2–3 and plays a key role in supporting their academic, social, emotional, and physical development through a learning-through-play approach.We are looking for an educator who thrives in a team environment, is confident leading a classroom, and is passionate about fostering independence and growth in young children. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the daily classroom functions for a group of up to 12 children Plan and implement engaging lessons and activities aligned with ACP curriculum Support children’s development across all domains (academic, social-emotional, fine/gross motor) Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment Build strong, positive relationships with families Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, toileting, and potty training Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization, as well as shared center spaces Collaborate effectively with co-teachers and leadership team Adhere to all Department of Human Services regulations and ACP policies Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture What We’re Looking ForTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to take initiative and share classroom responsibilities Comfort leading a classroom independently when needed Commitment to professionalism and continuous growth
