Portfolio Manager

Trellis Management Co. is seeking a self-motivated individual to oversee multiple properties and supervise all property staff as a Portfolio Manager. The assigned portfolio will consist of Affordable Housing & Project Based Section 8/42 properties with Housing Support/Services in the Twin Cities metro area. Qualified applicants must have previous experience working in conjunction with service providers.Job Duties & Responsibilities will include:Promote good resident relationsLead and oversee teams of site management staffMonitor & oversite of the physical appearance at propertiesMarket & maintain maximum occupancyReview monthly Financial Statements and maintain financial stability of propertiesPrepare annual budgetsAnnual Performance Reviews of staffEnsure various program compliance & reporting
