This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, exceptional client communication, and favorable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlementDraft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timelinessHandle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycleCoordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultationsNegotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recoveryWork closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparationOversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rulesProvide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands
