Production Welder

DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Operate a variety of hand tools safely and effectively to support manufacturing processes- Move materials and supplies to designated work areas, ensuring proper handling and safety- Perform welding operations according to specifications and safety standards- Produce sound, attractive welds that meet quality and durability requirements- Clean parts and welds to ensure finished products meet quality standards- Read and interpret shop blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks- Change welding tips, nozzles, liners, and other components as needed to maintain equipment performance- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support team objectivesSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in welding, including knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG)- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment maintenance- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding and manufacturing environments- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a teamWe foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
