Join Our Growing Team at Allcare Therapy Services!Allcare Therapy Services is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing pediatric therapy team!With over 20 years of experience serving children and families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Allcare is a therapist-owned practice offering Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA Therapy.We are expanding our ABA services at our Howell and Wall Township locations and looking for motivated RBTs who enjoy working with children in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.Collect accurate data and document client progress.Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other therapy professionals.Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.QualificationsExperience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.CompensationAllcare Therapy Services offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, qualifications, and relevant clinical skills.We recognize the value of experienced RBTs and are committed to offering compensation that reflects each candidate's professional background and expertise.Schedule & LocationsWe are currently hiring for daytime and after-school/evening clinic hours at our Howell and Wall Township locations.Part-time positions are available, with opportunities for additional hours as our programs continue to grow.Grow • Learn • Soar With Us!At Allcare Therapy Services, we believe in helping every child reach their fullest potential.
