Position Title: Roll Room LeadProduction AssociatePay Rate: $25.66Category/Shift: 1st Shift- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM2nd Shift- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM3rd Shift- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AMHourly Full-TimePhysical Location:Yuma Box Facility2461 E 24th StYuma, AZ 85365Include phone numberThe Job You Will Perform:All clamp driver safety procedures are followed all of the timeFacilitate clamp driver saftey huddles and meetingsProvide clamp driver training including safety trainingEnsure all cars unloaded and released on timeRollstock inventory stays at 98% or higherHelp shift supervisors with daily butt roll mgmt by keeping them accessable and organizedRoll room is in great shape at all times (housekeeping)Ensure clamp drivers are following FIFO All damaged rolls are immediately slabbed down and waste entered into CWR-Baler. Ensure no damaged rolls in inventoryAll rolls on wood and top rolls cappedNo wet or weathered rolls are sent to the corrugatorThe corrugator never runs out of paperEnsure butt roll policy is being executed on each shiftLead the quarantined roll process by ensuring everyone follows the procedure with all quarantines rolls identified Lead and submit all rolls damaged in transit claimsLead and submit all QCOMM claims (mill defects)Track all claimed rolls, segregate and tag appropiately
