We'd love to have you on the team!Positions Stocking & Receiving Associate (1st Shift): Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $16.35/hrOrder Quality Control & Support Associate (2nd Shift): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM | $17.00/hrStock Associate (3rd Shift, overnight): Mon, Wed, Fri & Sun nights, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18.00/hrWhen you apply, please tell us which position or positions you're interested in.Stocking & Receiving Associate – 1st Shift ($16.35/hr)Receive, inspect, organize and stock merchandise so products are accurate, properly stored, and ready for order fulfillment.Unload deliveries and check shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect merchandise for damage, shortages or overages, and report any issuesLabel, sort and put away products in the correct warehouse locationsRestock pick locations and help with inventory and cycle countsSafely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks and handheld scanners. The cherry picker requires working at elevated heights.Help with picking, packing, order staging, carrier pickup and mail distribution as neededOrder Quality Control & Support Associate – 2nd Shift ($17.00/hr)Inspect completed customer orders for accuracy and quality before they ship.Scan and open packages, and compare contents against packing slips and order detailsFind and correct incorrect, missing or damaged items, and document the resultsInspect about 130–150 packages per shift, a goal of roughly 35 per hourScan, label, sort and return "put back" items to the correct inventory locationsReview flagged orders for signs of fraud and escalate concernsSupport picking, packing, shipping, receiving, mail and inventory counts during busy periodsStock Associate – 3rd Shift / Overnight ($18.00/hr)Keep the warehouse stocked and organized overnight so the day team is ready to fulfill orders.Restock pick locations from reserve storageVerify item numbers, descriptions, quantities and locations while stockingSafely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts and handheld scannersIdentify and report misplaced, damaged or missing merchandiseHelp reorganize stock locations and assist with inventory countsCommunicate with the day and evening teams for a smooth shift handoff
