Shift Lead

Shift-Lead refers to the person who will oversee and ensure all of the Heart of House duties are executed at the optimal level. Heart of House (HOH) refers to the kitchen and back-of-house operations where food preparation, cooking, and order assembly take place. Shift-Lead responsibilities include knowing all the HOH duties and also delegating the same. Shift-Leads will train, guide, and motivate team members, handle customer service and food quality standards, keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
