Project Base Section 8/42 and Tax Credit combo. The ideal candidate must be skilled in working with client services and a diverse population to include long-term homeless and disabled clients. We encourage candidates who are bilingual in English and Somali to apply, as this is helpful in serving our resident population. Your day-to-day will involve:Rent Collection: Receive and deposit rent payments & initiate late rent noticesStaff Supervision: Monitor performance & approve timecardsLeasing: Market property and work with applicants from tours through move-inCertifications: Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programsOversee Property: Ensure a clean, safe environment is provided for residents and staff
