At emagine, we make sure that companies across Europe get the right IT and business experts into their most important projects. We are the consultants' preferred partner, and we are the clients' trusted advisors. We are looking for a structured and proactive student assistant to join our team in Sydhavnen. You will become part of the Relationship Engagement Management (REM) team, and we are the ones who make sure that the collaboration between consultants and clients runs smoothly, from the first day of the contract to the end of the assignment. We follow up along the way, gather feedback and make sure that agreements are in place, so that consultants can put all their energy into the assignment itself. You will gain genuine insight into how a consulting company works behind the scenes. This is not a job of coffee and photocopying, but a job with responsibility, pace and colleagues who want to teach you something. What you will do:Handle the administration of clients' external suppliers and freelancers. Some clients let us manage contracts and paperwork for all their consultants, including those they found themselves. You will help set this up and keep track of it.Keep consultant information up to date in our internal systems, so that colleagues and clients can trust the data.Support screening and compliance according to regulations.Help create great consultant events: you will help come up with the content, choose the venue and keep track of the budget, so that consultants enjoy an evening they will remember.Support the team with small and large tasks. Create PowerPoint presentations based on knowledge gathered from consultants or collect knowledge yourself from BI reports for data compilation.Gather feedback from consultants and clients and turn it into concrete improvements and optimizations. What we are looking for:You are currently studying, preferably with at least two years remaining. You are structured and notice when something is not right. You thrive when things move fast and priorities shift. You take responsibility and see things through. You work independently within a close-knit team. You speak and write fluent Danish and English. You can work in Excel and PowerPoint. What you get with us:A team that solves tasks together and has fun along the way (there are plenty of snacks and cake, too).A diverse and inclusive working environment.Support to develop professionally.Insight into an international consulting company with offices in 14 countries.A flexible part-time job that fits your studies.Practical information:Hours: approx. 15-20 hours per week.Location: Sydhavnen, Copenhagen.Start: as soon as possible. We hold interviews on a rolling basis, so send your CV and a short application as soon as you are ready.
