Subsurface Utility Field Technician - GPR

Position DescriptionThe Subsurface Utility Field Technician is responsible for working in the field performing utility mark out (locating subsurface utility engineering) and geophysical surveying activities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and other locating equipment to detect underground utilities, anomalies, and potential hazards in support of construction activities.Document the entire project by sketches, spreadsheets, and written reports.Working in the field performing utility mark out (locating subsurface utility engineering) and geophysical surveying activities.Use geophysical equipment software to interpret field data and provide written reports of findings.Present findings from projects on CAD maps/plans.Maintain exceptional internal and external client relations.All other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
