Position OverviewWarehouse associates are responsible for performing an array of duties suck as receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking and filling orders.What You’ll DoPick, pack and process multiple orders at one timeAccurately stage and sort products for loading / shippingLoad and unload trailers and containersMaintain a clean and safe workspaceSort and place stock in racks or other designated areasMove materials within the warehouse and weigh products for shipmentPackage finished products for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling)Electronically scan products using a warehouse management systemEnsure damaged products are identified and removed when receivedProcess BOL and give paperwork to the correct departmentsAssemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets for shippingUse computer to enter recordsOperate forklift, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipmentAdditional tasks as neededSkills We Are SeekingMinimum of 2 years of prior warehouse experienceAbility to read and follow written and oral instructionsAbility to lift up to 75lbs Ability to pass pre-employment background, MVR and drug testing requirementsBenefits· Competitive Compensation· Paid Time Off · 401(k) with Company Match· Weekends OffSTI is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
