How payments work
SwiftKudi only charges for SwiftKudi.
When you hire someone or buy something, you pay them directly. SwiftKudi never collects, holds or takes a cut of that money.
Free
Joining, browsing, saving, alerts, messaging, posting your first job each month, listing your services and products, and applying to a few gigs every month.
What SwiftKudi charges (paid securely through Paystack)
- SwiftKudi Pass: ₦500 for 30 days, if you need more than the free monthly applications, conversations and job posts. It doesn't renew on its own.
- Boost: from ₦500, to show your listing at the top, marked Featured.
- Hiring fee: 5% of the agreed amount (minimum ₦500), paid by the client when hiring from a job post.
Every price is shown before you pay. Payments go to SwiftKudi's own Paystack account and never top up a wallet.
Paying a freelancer, artisan or seller
- 1. Agree in writing on SwiftKudi. Use messages or the contract workroom to set the scope, price and deadline.
- 2. Pay them directly by transfer, POS or cash, as you agree. Pay in stages for bigger jobs.
- 3. Approve and review. Marking work approved and leaving a review helps everyone hire well.
Receipts, refunds and older balances
Your SwiftKudi receipts are under Fees & receipts. For a billing problem, contact support with the reference. If you have an older wallet balance from before, it's still yours: you can withdraw it from your wallet page.
