A few simple rules keep almost every problem away.
Golden rules
- Agree before you pay. Put the price, deadline and what's included in writing on SwiftKudi. For bigger jobs, pay in stages as work is delivered, never everything up front to someone new.
- SwiftKudi never asks you to pay a provider through us. We only charge for the Pass, Boost and hiring fees, always through Paystack checkout on swiftkudi.com.
- Never pay to get a job. Real employers do not charge application, training or "registration" fees. Report anyone who asks.
- Keep the conversation here. Messages and files on SwiftKudi are your record if something goes wrong, and help us act on reports.
- Don't share codes or passwords. SwiftKudi staff will never ask for your password, OTP or bank PIN.
- Check before you meet. For artisans and in-person work, meet in a public place first and tell someone where you are going.
Partner listings
Some listings come from public sources and are labelled with where they were listed. We only show them when the poster published a direct contact, and you reach them from SwiftKudi. Take extra care: real employers never charge you to apply.
What SwiftKudi does
- Shows reviews from real completed work so you can choose well.
- Reviews listings and removes anything misleading or unsafe.
- Monitors for fraud and suspends accounts that break these rules.
Report a problem
Contact support with the listing, member or contract link and what happened. We review reports and remove anyone breaking these rules.
